Scope
These terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Heidi Kraken to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Contractual Partner
The purchase agreement is concluded with Heidi Kraken, Karl Ulrich Gissel, Klintstr. 32, 27619 Schiffdorf.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the [Buy/order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of revocation according to section 4.1, you have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
In all other respects, the provisions detailed in the following apply to the right of revocation
Cancellation policy¹
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us [enter name of the entrepreneur, address, telephone number and email address] by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample revocation form or another clear declaration on our website (insert internet address). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we have to repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that arise from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to (the name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods are to be inserted here, if applicable) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery is only made within Germany with Deutsche Post, Hermes or DHL.
The delivery time is up to 3 days. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
Payment
Payment is made optionally by prepayment or Paypal.
If you select the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
